1. You must have a registered organization, whether it's anonymous, limited, individual, or another company type.

2. You need to be a taxpayer. Being a taxpayer refers to individuals or legal entities on whom a tax liability is imposed. According to Article 8 of the Tax Procedure Law, individuals and legal entities with a tax debt fall under the category of taxpayers.

3. You should have a product inventory that can be sold on the online platform.

4. You must have the capacity to sustain sales operations.

   i. Individuals need to provide their Turkish Identification Number (TCKN), while other types of companies must provide their tax identification numbers.

   ii. Every application to become a seller is reviewed and approved through the Revenue Administration (formerly known as the General Directorate of Revenues), a state institution responsible for collecting taxes and other revenues, affiliated with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey.

   iii. If your company is not in an operational state, you need to update the Active-Inactive status by consulting with the Revenue Administration.
