Warranty and Return Conditions
While we are sure you will love the items you ordered, we understand that you may need to return them. Products purchased from interkidsy.com can be returned using the following procedure. To return a refund, please follow the instructions below.
All important information such as order number, barcode, product name of the product should be sent to interkidsy customer services via e-mail or WhatsApp with at least 2 photos showing the faults of the problematic product.
After all details have been reviewed by Customer Service, the return will be approved.
If the customers are Turkish customers, they should pack and return the products according to the instructions set by interkidsy.
OUR RETURN PROCESSES
About credit card payment refund;
Bank deductions due to exchange rates in credit card refunds for refunds belong to the customer. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank credit card within 1-3 business days. You can choose the gift coupon option to avoid any deductions.
About remittance payment refund;
Bank charges for remittance reimbursements for returns belong to the customer.
You can choose the gift coupon option to avoid any deductions.
The product that has arrived at the customs of the country where the customer is located is under the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance procedures belong to the customer. The responsibility of the products that are intentionally not withdrawn from the customs belongs to the customer.
